Me at Zion National Park - Susan Russick

Hello everyone. I grew up in mid-Michigan as an avid Michigan State Spartans sports fan. I've also followed the other four major American sports pretty religiously for the past couple of decades. As you can tell from my picture, I enjoy traveling a great deal, both inside and outside the US. I am a big movie lover and appreciate few things more than sitting down to be entertained by anyone from Charlie Chaplin to Tom Hanks. I am also a close follower of current events and news so don't be too surprised to see a political story out of me now and again.

For those interested in my qualifications, I've got a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from James Madison College at MSU and I am currently back at MSU getting a Master's in journalism. From March 2010 to March 2011 I was the creator and lead contributor for a movie review blog called Routinely Average. I have also worked on two different National Science Foundation research projects and I currently work for a company that performs online conversation analysis , so I know a bit about research.
